Application for Tenancy - 2 Adults

Thank you for choosing Tracy Roberts. IT IS A CONDITION OF THIS APPLICATION THAT YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE PROPERTY IN PERSON PRIOR TO YOUR APPLICATION BEING PROCESSED. Please complete this application thoroughly so we can process it as quickly as possible. This form can be used for 2 adult applicants. Please note the following important points:
1. This application must be accompanied by a copy of your driver's licence or passport for identification purposes.
2. If the application is approved, you will be required to provide either a bank cheque or money order for the holding deposit, rental bond, agreement preparation fee and agreed rent in advance payment.
3. Leases are signed Monday to Friday by Appointment Only.

Rental Rewards Cancellation Form

This form is to be completed when you have vacated your property and are no longer renting a property from our office. It is the tenant's responsibility to cancel their direct debit payment. We are happy to assist by forwarding the completed form onto Rental Rewards.

Rental Rewards Change of Payment Details

Please use this form to change to amount or frequency of your Rental Rewards direct debit payment. For example when your rent increases. We are unable to make this change for you but are happy to forward the completed form onto rental rewards on your behalf.

Repair Request Form

All repair request must be received in writing to our office. Urgent repairs can be reported via phone but they must be followed up in writing.

Tenant Vacating Notice Request (Agreement Expired)

Use this form when your lease has expired. You are required to give the landlord 21 days notice that you wish to vacate. Please return this completed form to our Property Management Department.

Tenant Vacating Notice Request (Break of Lease)

Use this form when your lease has not yet expired and you wish to break your lease. In Order to break your lease you must agree to the following:
1. Paying the rent until either the Agreement expires or until a new tenant moves into the property and starts paying rent (whichever happens first)
2. Paying the costs of any advertising agreed to by me/us and the Agent
3. Paying the landlords costs of the Lease Preparation Fee of a new Tenancy Agreement, in the sum of $33
4. Paying the landlords costs of a letting fee equal to one weeks' rent plus GST for finding a suitable tenant.

Tenant Vacating Notice Request (Ending Fixed Term)

Use this form when you intend to vacate at the end of your fixed term lease. You are required to give the landlord 14 days notice that you wish to vacate. Please return this completed form to our Property Management Department.
