Possibly the worse task anybody can go through is selling the family home. In this case, the place Mum called home for sixty seven years. It was a hard decision for her to make, as there was a lot of happy times at 5 Fairview Street, Guildford. We decided to put the sale in the hands of TracyRoberts Real Estate, Greystanes, as we had heard favourable reports from other satisfied clients. Well, Andrew you did not let us down. You came to see us and you explained the three ways in which we could list the property, Private Treaty, Auction and By Tender. After consideration, we decided to go with By Tender. From that moment, you took all the worry and stress away with your professionalism. You kept us informed of all Media releases and the potential clients. You were always reachable at any time. We thought living one and a half hours away would be a problem. It was not. We were so surprised when it sold so quickly. We know other friends who put their home in other agent's hands which took months to sell. We were very happy with the price that you got for us. At no time did you ask us to consider dropping the price. You did not pressure us in any way. We would strongly recommend Tracy Roberts Real Estate and yourself to anyone else who is thinking of selling their home.
